Idiot of the Year! November 01, 2006

Some people don't get it and some never will. John Kerry happens to be one of them......

THE STATEMENT: “You know, education, if you make the most of it, you study hard, you do your homework and you make an effort to be smart, you can do well. If you don’t, you get stuck in Iraq."

KERRY COMMENT: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vLuMWiQ6r2o

BUSH RESPONSE: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TbZ5jPJk4Dg

IMUS VIDEO: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fZMRecdL_No

DENNIS MILLER (very entertaining) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B8ItdXy9lxI note: This one is not about Kerry's most recent comments, but rather, it's a general assessment of Bush/Kerry/Iraq/UN situation . It shows how some of the Hollywood Community feels about the military, John Kerry, and the UN. It also has some adult language..... so proceed with caution.

BOTTOM LINE: The man is an embarrasement, not only to himself, but to his family, his party, his state, his nation, and the military.....that same military in which he once served. He currently has members of the Democrat Party including Hillary Clinton and Harold Ford of Tennessee telling him he should apologize and some have even gone as far as to cancel scheduled Kerry campaign visits on their behalf.

As a veteran and as a parent of a current servicemember, I find John Kerry one of the, if not the most, offensive politican in America today. He still carries that baggage of an opportunity lost two years ago and his unadulterated hatred for President Bush drives most if not all of everything he says and does today. In addition to making him offensive to most common sense people, it also makes him a very dangerous man. If given the opportunity in 2008, he would drive this country right over the edge of the cliff trying to undo everything that has been accomplished over the last 6 to 10 years. His track record of disdain for the military makes him even more dangerous and undesirable in terms of being commander in chief.

In the words of Don Imus (a Kerry supporter)......"Please stop it. Stop talking. Go home, get on the bike, go wind surfing, anything, stop it." But he won't....we all know he won't. So I think we'll just go ahead and name him our idiot of the year!

John Kerry represents what's wrong with the Democratic Party. They have no ideology except hating Republicans and that is enough for their rank and file. Hating Bush is what they do best!

Foley, Cunningham, Delay, and a few others are what would be wrong with the Republicans. To damned arrogant in their possession of political power. The public trust and personal integrity are lacking.

Together both parties represent what's wrong with the system, it has nothing to do with serving the public interest, it's all about the game and an election is only the scorecard. He who dies with the most terms wins!

All I can say is "Give me term limits!"

Even though he has "apologized", I for one don't believe making a "joke" of men and women fighting for our freedom is acceptable. I read the lines he was supposed to use but botched, they were still offensive to me...God bless our troops!!!

Snagged to share, Kerry needs to be jacked, he intentionally insulted our military, us as their familes and this nation. His purple hearts were for minor not hospitalized injuries, he put himself in for his own purple hearts knowing that 3 purple hearts would get him a ticket home, 3 (THREE) IN 3 MONTHS - hello - what the heck is wrong with that picture. Excellent work as always Mark. Thank you for always have great posts.

I agree 100%!!! He has a bad case of "dysentery of the mouth", if you know what I mean....He looks like a combo of Mr. Green Jeans and Herman Munster! I hope no one buys his "apology"...given his track record, he meant EXACTLY what he said....and the "apology", is just another jab at President Bush. By the way....what makes his remark any less offensive when he says it was meant for President Bush? To me, that is just as bad! Everyone has a right to not like the President, but to make bad jokes about him sucks. Kerry strikes me as very childish...kind of how the class tattle tale gets other kids in trouble and sits smugly by while they get punished...he's a LOSER. Any man who has to constantly trash others to make himself look good is pathetic! Thank God he was not elected to be President! Our men and women in Iraq deserve better and they have more character in their little finger than Kerry will EVER have!!!!

Very very spot-on, as usual, Mark. Kerry is a has-been and never-was. I think the disdain he has for the military is no laughing matter and he should either keep his ginormous trap shut. He'd seem a lot smarter that way, to those who don't know him, that is. God bless our troops and their families.

Ok I totally agree with you with Kerry, however I am NOT a Bush fan lol .. actually I am sooooo tired of the mudslinging in these campaigns it make's me sick with BOTH Democratic and Rebublican.. I swear if one came on TV and talked about what they were going to do for our country and didn't put down another candidate.. and I liked there values they would have my Vote. And it would not matter to me if they were Rep or Dem .. The point I am getting at is THEY all need to grow up and start putting out there what is important for our country ! Oh and just because I am not a Bush supporter don't mean I like Kerry either lol ... in fact I don't like most of the them ROFL !! Have a good weekend !

It's a sad state of affairs for our future generations when officials as highly elected as John Kerry and Bill Clinton still have supporters and even still hold a respected position in the government and in our communities.
I guess if priests are molesting children by the hundreds and school teachers are having open sexual relationships with our children, convicted child molesters and murderers are given rehab but no jail time, we can pretty much kiss our asses goodbye. Government officials initiating homosexual affairs with our children who to go work as interns.
It's only a matter of a few decades before "the people" really do govern themselves, no matter how stupid or or disasterous it becomes. There is no common sense in this nation, only greed and selfishness.
